Reach out
Fill out the estimate form or call. The form takes about a minute and asks a few questions about scope, timing and the investment range you have in mind, so we bring the right options to the walkthrough instead of guessing.
On-site condition assessment
We evaluate substrate moisture, siding health and prep needs inside and out. You keep a physical condition assessment sheet for your records, plus a free in-home color consultation with test swatches on qualifying paint products.
Prep and paint
This is where the job is won or lost. Wash, scrape, sand, prime bare spots, caulk open seams, mask everything not getting coated, then two finish coats. We clean up every day, and if we find something unexpected you see a photo and a price before we keep going.
Walkthrough & 5-year warranty
We walk the finished project room by room with you. You point at anything you want touched and we fix it before we invoice. Then you get our written 5-Year Workmanship Warranty against peeling, blistering, and flaking.
