Tall walls, tight lots, and a lot of trim.
This two-story Craftsman sits close to its neighbors, with a bay window, a deep front porch and a lot of white trim. The red had faded and the trim had lost its edge.
Tight side yards meant ladder work on every wall, with the neighbors' homes and the roofs below protected the whole time. Windows and doors were masked, bare spots were primed, and the trim was cut in by hand.
The finish is a deep red body with white trim and window casings, in Sherwin-Williams Emerald exterior paint.
