Frequently asked questions

Simple, straight answers about timelines, paint, prep and estimates.

All FAQs
Can I still use my kitchen while you paint the cabinets?
Yes. The cabinet boxes stay in place. You can still use your fridge, sink, and counters during most of the week.
Will the paint chip around the handles?
Not if it is done right. We clean off all grease, use a strong bonding primer, and spray hard enamel paint. We guarantee it for 5 years.
Can you put on new handles and pulls?
Yes. If your new handles have different hole sizes, we fill the old holes and drill new ones.
Can you hide the wood grain on oak cabinets?
Yes. We can apply wood grain filler before priming to make the surface look smooth and modern.
How long does cabinet painting take?
Usually 5 to 7 work days. The doors come off on Monday and are usually back up by Friday or early the next week.
